K2 OFFICE BUILDING

The six-story building's form refers to the tradition of modernism. The shape of the modular facade is a reference to the sails and architecture of old Gdynia from the 1930s. The K2 office building is a modern class A facility in the shape of the letter "H", containing 11,400 m2 of high-quality office and service space, a lobby, a two-story garage with parking for over 130 cars and infrastructure for cyclists.

Technical solutions as well as the class of finishing materials ensure a high standard of space. The K2 building received a very high LEED Platinum rating and was included among the most sustainable office buildings in Poland. Of course, some merit of this rating is the high-class ventilation and air conditioning installation.
