GRODDECK

The designed building complex is a reconstruction and revitalization of the historic granaries "Mały Groddeck" and "Duży Groddeck". The existing granaries will be adapted into a 5-star hotel building of the Marriott group. The project assumes the maximum interference inside the buildings allowed by the conservator, enabling compliance with fire and operational regulations.
It goes without saying that in a 5-star hotel there will be ventilation and air conditioning systems. As usual in a historic building, there is little space and the designers had to do a lot of gymnastics to accommodate the necessary installations.
