This is how an abandoned and ruined factory gets a new life.
In a place filled with rubbish and peeling plaster, high-standard loft apartments have now been built. The buildings were connected by a glass connector, and the front was renovated in accordance with the conservator's instructions, paying attention to historic details. From the side of the street Jałmużnicza, a new building was built on, architecturally matching the existing complex, in which studio apartments were created.
